Visiting Angels is dedicated to providing client and family centered home care. Each client has a unique set of needs, and we are dedicated to help the client make informed decisions about their care, as well as focusing on providing continuity of care. Our caregivers have years of experience in private duty homecare. Our caregivers provide references to us from reliable sources and Visiting Angels runs a criminal background check on each new caregiver. However, our caregivers have a strong employment history as well as intangible traits such as a caring personality and a desire to help people. It is these traits which make all the difference in the day to day experience of each care recipient who is served by our caregivers.
You Choose Your Caregiver!
Visiting Angels is unique in that we provide complimentary in-home assessments with you. This is an opportunity for our Staff Coordinator to get the best idea of your needs as well as obtain a personality profile and preference in someone to care for your loved one. We then choose the best possible match and bring them over for an introduction to meet you and your loved ones. Upon meeting this individual you are either welcome to start your care schedule or if it is not the best fit possible, we will bring over a different caregiver for you to interview! It is your choice!

Regina Desfachelles
The President of Visiting Angels comes from the field of medical research. Having spent 16 years managing a cancer research facility, Regina welcomes the opportunity to work directly with people. She has a strong background in ethics, and has a very nuturing and compassionate personality. Regina oversees the day-to-day operations.
Dominic Engrissei
Nick is our Office Manager at Visiting Angels. He has worked in the customer service industry for twenty years, eighteen of which were in management. He has been a general and personnel manager, working in all aspects of human resources and restaurant management. Nick also is serving his three term as President for the Son's of Italy, Nuova Piccola Lodge. Nick is responsible for invoicing, payroll, employee hiring and managing, and general office management. Vast experience, good communication, positive attitude and great people skills has made him an excellent candidate to work with us here at Visiting Angels.
Our Staff
Zakiya Robinson
Zakiya works as our Staff Coordinator. Zakiya is a CNA and also received her Certificate in Medical Assisting in 2000 from Seattle Vocational Institute and has been a caregiver for over ten years. Zakiya plays a key role in our operations and has been with us since 2007.
Giving Back to Our Community!
Visiting Angels sponsors and participants in the Annual Senior Picnic at the Woodland Park Zoo. We are also official sponsors of the Alzheimer Association and Arthritis Foundation. Each year our Office Staff and Employees participate in the Memory Walk and Jingle Bell Run.
We are President's Circle Members of the West Seattle Chamber of Commerce, Rotary of West Seattle, Sons of Italy Burien Chapter President, and Volunteer Ushers at the Arts West located in the Alaskan Junction.
