What We Offer

We review your needs through discussion with involved family members, or if necessary, your physician, social worker or nursing home staff. We carefully match the caregiver with the necessary experience and personality which is best suited to the needs of each care recipient. We next arrange for the caregiver to visit your home so that you can participate in the selection process. After a caregiver has been placed, we continue our system of ongoing personalized contacts though telephone check-ins and home visits.

  • Our Seattle office does require a minimum of 12 hours per week. We strongly suggest a minimum of 3-4 hours per visit. This minimum helps ensure efficient staffing and helps to build a consistent companion relationship between care recipient and caregiver. All of our services are inclusive to the base rate we charge.     How We Choose Our Employees

    We have an ideal process for choosing our employees. We require at the very minimum 3 years experience, 3 professional references and 3 personal references. All candidates must pass a criminal background check and English competency
    test. Upon successful completion of these items candidates go through two separate interviews so that we can be sure our employees are competent and compassionate.
